Staff Management Overview​

Staff Management helps you manage your hotel staff, attendance, working schedules, shifts, rosters, and leave information from one centralized module.

It includes the following sections:

  • Dashboard – Provides an overview of total staff, today’s on-duty staff, pending leaves, absences, attendance, today’s shifts, and leave balances.
  • Leaves – Manage staff leave requests, leave types, approvals, and leave records.
  • Attendance – Track staff attendance, clock-in/clock-out records, and attendance status.
  • Shifts – Create and manage staff shifts and define working hours.
  • Roster – Schedule staff members for specific dates and shifts based on operational requirements.

Together, these features help ensure staff availability is organized, attendance is tracked, and daily hotel operations are properly staffed.
